1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Vintage AI Studio ("the Service"), operated by Daniel Willig ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vintage AI Studio is an AI-powered creative platform that generates product photos, ad creatives, and virtual try-on images for vintage clothing sellers. The Service uses third-party AI APIs to process and generate images based on your inputs.

3. Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits & Payments

• The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating images or using features.
• Credit purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• Pro subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the current billing period ends.
• We reserve the right to adjust credit costs and pricing with reasonable notice.
• Unused credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Use the Service to generate explicit, hateful, or deceptive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service or its APIs.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission.
• Resell or redistribute the Service itself (generated images are yours to use commercially).

6. Intellectual Property & Generated Content

• You retain ownership of the images you upload.
• AI-generated output is licensed to you for commercial and personal use.
• We do not claim ownership of your generated content.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated images complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
• The Vintage AI brand, logo, and platform design remain our property.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI outputs may be imperfect, unexpected, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. We do not guarantee specific results. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving generated content before publishing or using it commercially.

8. Availability & Limitation of Liability

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to the collection and processing of data as described therein.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Generated images you have already downloaded remain yours.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered location of the operator, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.
